Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

Over the past couple of weeks Miss Nuttall and Miss Richardson have had a lovely time with the let's pretend group. 

We have pretended to be different objects using our bodies and exploring how our bodies move in different ways. We have played lots of games such as what time is it Mr Wolf and wink murder to practice our drama skills. We have really enjoyed listening to music and pretending to be different characters based on how the music made us feel - for example, when the children heard the Harry Potter music they turned into ballerinas! Other games such as 'The Magic Box' really got children thinking and using their imagination as to what they could see in their pretend magic box and describing it for the others to guess.

The children have been an absolute pleasure to have and have all grown in confidence over the last couple of weeks - Keep up the drama everyone!!
