Church School Ambassadors
We have a group of Year 2 children who are appointed as Church School Ambassadors.
Our current Church School Ambassadors are: Jude, Arabella, Freddie, Scarlett, Austin, Barney, Lois, Ellie, Charlie and Olivia
The children apply for these roles. They meet with the headteacher, vicar and governors to discuss worship and share ideas for improvements.
Their role is to:
- Plan and lead some worship sessions in their classrooms and for larger groups in the hall
- Help to plan, deliver and evaluate whole school and class Collective Worship.
- Find ways to develop our school’s distinctive Christian character
- Support our school as we live out our values of peace, friendship, perseverance, respect, honesty and creativity
They are expected to always show our vision ‘learn to let your light shine’ both in school and at home.
