The tenants have moved in!
Our new tenants have arrived in Year Two....some tadpoles for our tanks and caterpillars too!
In Kingfishers, this caused lots of excitement and we are looking forward to watching them grow and change. We have already researched how to make a suitable habitat for the tadpoles by adding algae, plants and pebbles and have investigated what they will need to eat.
We are now thinking about how frogs have the adaptation of webbed feet for swimming and moving on land. We are thinking about other creatures which have this adaptation and are going to make our own set of Top Trump cards based on these creatures. We have had great fun playing some games to see how the Top trump cards are structured!
