Ham and mozzarella tarts and salad was this week first challenge.
Welcome to a new group in cooking crew. This week we made ham and mozzarella tarts with a side salad. The group worked well making sure that they cut the pastry out carefully.They then needed to ensure that they had added the correct ingredients to make the tart. Whilst they cooked we prepared a side salad using the knife with skill. As a group we talked about the different colours in a salad , some items were new to some. Hope you enjoyed the finished product.
