World Book Day
Year 1 have had a brilliant week starting to look at our new topic 'helping our planet'. On Thursday the children enjoyed a day off timetable to do all things books! In Dolphins class they had a go at designing biscuits to look like a character from their favourite story. In Turtles they had a go at some drama activities to do with different books, and in Starfish they had a mystery book activity to complete - as well as lots of other fun activities! The children and staff all enjoyed the day, and everyone looked brilliant (thank you!). The children are now looking forward to Science week that starts on Monday.
