Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

On Monday the children found a note from Captain Redbeard, threatening to steal some of the 'money' from the Maths area! The children were shocked and decided to do something about it. They each made a WANTED poster for the pirates, and have stuck them up around school. Some children even offered a reward! The posters did the trick, and scared off Captain Redbeard and his crew.... but they left the children a treasure map! The children had a look at the features and coordinates on the map, and then headed out in search of the treasure.... and found a huge chest hidden under a bush! It was a very exciting afternoon for the 'Starfish Crew'!
