Cooking crew week two,made some lovely cheese scones.

Yesterday cooking crew made cheese scones. The group worked hard on carefully grating the cheese, and not our knuckles! We learnt the rubbing in method to mix the butter and flour together. We all enjoyed blending the mixture with the milk to create a dough. There was a lovely smell coming from the oven as the cheese melted. Hope you enjoyed eating them whilst they were still hot.
