Bird Feeders and Bug Dens!

The Outdoor Club were very inventive today creating some wonderful bundles of sticks for creature homes. They learnt to tie a simple knot too. Then we all got sticky hands mixing seeds and lard and covering cones for a bird feeder. It was lovely to be outdoors in the sunshine this week. Please remember that a kit of old clothes, wellies and waterproofs are needed each session. Next week the children will be using flints to create a spark and mini fire to toast marshmallows!
