Victorian Day
What a way to end our topic on 'Our School in the Past' than with Victorian day on Thursday. We came into school in the morning, to find the areas had gone, and the tables were in rows. We had a handwriting lesson using 'slate' (black sugar paper!) and chalk, a maths lesson that involved lots of chanting, and lots of other Victorian activities.
Thank you to the parents for sorting out such amazing costumes, the children looked brilliant!
