Today we experienced many different aspects of Victorian school life. The children sat in rows facing the front and took part in formal lessons which they all adapted to very well. We began to learn 'The Owl and the Pussycat'. See if they can recite it to you. This afternoon we played Victorian playground games with 'Oranges and Lemons' being a favourite.
