Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

The children had an amazing time at Hope Central yesterday, where we went into a time machine to travel back in time to learn more about the Christmas story. We were able to talk to Joseph and Mary, and we met a wise man following a star. Then we met a shepherd who we followed to a stable in Bethlehem.. where Baby Jesus had just been born. All the staff who went were so impressed with how well the children were engaging with the story, and how thoughtful the questions they were asking and answering were. We are sure that Dolphins and the rest of Turtles will have an amazing time when they go next week!
