Year Two are enjoying the projects about birds.
We have been really fortunate to welcome a visitor from the RSPB at Bempton who shared lots of information about birds. Furthermore next week we are pleased to be able to welcome a visitor from Yorkshire Wildlife Trust who is also going to be coming in to school. While neither of the organisations charge us for the visit we thought it would be nice to give them something as a way of thank you. The children have decided that they would like to send cards and letters to the organisations and also send a donation. We are suggesting that if children could bring in a £1 donation we will split it between the two organisations.
