Starfish trip to Elmswell Farm

Starfish spent the day at Elmswell on a lovely sunny day.

Starfish went to Elmswell on farmer John's tractor. Firstly we went for a lovely walk . We stopped to listen the birds sing and watch the butterflies. After a lovely play in the sunny garden we had lunch. We continued our map and compass work which we have been doing this week in the classroom. Our first activity was to do some orienteering, we had to find flags with weather symbols on them and write down the three digit number. The other activity was to create maps using natural objects we found on our walk. More photos can be found on the website.
