Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

This week we have been doing science investigations into our senses. We tested our sense of touch by being blindfolded to guess what was being put into our hands - the car keys certainly fooled us! Then we tested our hearing by listening to sounds we could not see. Finally our sense of smell with 6 unknown ingredients including coffee, mint and vinegar. 

In PE we have been doing "fitness" which included various ways of moving followed by stretches, jumps and squats. 

We've been learning to log onto the computers (Mrs.J nearly went grey!)  - and then practice touch pad mouse control with the paint program paintz.app. 

Next week we will start looking at our artist for the term - David Hockney.
