A history mystery!
This week, the Dolphin Class have had a history mystery to solve. They were presented with three images; a young woman in a pilot's uniform, an aeroplane and a world map showing a route from London to Australia. They had to work in groups to ask questions to find out who this person might be and what she was famous for. The children now know that the image was indeed Amy Johnson and they have been enjoying learning about her life and achievements. Lots of Dolphins were thrilled to find out that she was born in Hull; just like them!
