The Dolphin Class worked thoughtfully and safely to prepare their pasta salads for the Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch this week. They practised knife safety skills by chopping using the ‘bridge’ and ‘claw’ technique. The 'bridge' method can be seen in this photograph. Afterwards, the children carefully considered which ingredients they enjoyed and which they would change next time. A number of children discovered that too much bbq sauce can be a little overpowering!
