Coastguard Visit!
This week, the children received a visit from the Coastguard team to talk to the children all about staying safe when at the beach or near cliffs. The children got to see all the equipment the coastguard team use in order to rescue people from the coast and even got to see the vehicle they travel in. Some children got to model the life jackets they wear when rescuing people out in the water, and all children now know the number to ring if they need the coastguard. Ask your child if they can tell you about what they learnt!
