It's good to be unique and different!
This week the Dolphins have enjoyed reading Elmer The Patchwork Elephant by David McKee. We discussed how it is important to recognise and celebrate each others' differences. In this photo, we were ordering the events that happened in the story. We are now showing our skills as writers; Year One are writing the Elmer story , in their own words and Year Two are writing an alternative version of the story. Elmer is very unfortunate in one version where he gets stuck up a tree! Poor Elmer!
