Super scientists!
The Kingfishers have been super scientists this week! Like the Puffins, they too received a letter from Tess Tubular; representative of the ‘National Conservation Society’. Their research led them to believe that one of the mysterious footprints, we received, was made by a Polar bear! Kingfishers have been investigating the adaptations this animal has to allow it to survive in the freezing temperatures of the Arctic. Here, they are exploring how blubber helps to keep the Polar bear warm!
