Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

The children have had a very sporty week! Our Monday, P.E continued with activities through story cards. The children balanced brilliantly on the apparatus and listened carefully to the instructions. On Wednesday the children took part in a mini sport's day with traditional races of running, balancing a bean bag on their head and egg and spoon. They also had great fun competing in small teams games. Today the children learnt about a simple relay, turn taking game with a bean bag. We have started to think more about how to keep our bodies healthy and which food choices are good for us. From next week we will start our new topic called 'Healthy Me'
