It has been lovely to welcome back lots of smiling Seals, after the Easter break! We have started to read our new focus book for the half-term; 'The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch' by Ronda and David Armitage. This will inspire our work in DT as we will be designing and making pasta salads for Mr. Grinling's lunch; practising our chopping skills along the way. In history, the Seals will be introduced to life for children in the Victorian era. In science, we will be investigating different types of plants and trees and considering how they grow healthily. We are looking forward to our trip to Elmswell to help with our understanding of this.
