The children in Bumblebee Class have had a very busy week (as usual!) 

We have spent time in the big playground running around, kicking and chasing balls and rolling big hula hoops around the playground. We have also enjoyed some ball themed PE in the Hall. 

We have been exploring different textures in the tough tray including dry rice, wet pasta, lentils and cornflakes - the children have really enjoyed these activities which have included lots of scooping and pouring using different utensils and containers.

We have lots of big books which we share at the end of the day but some of the children have really enjoyed looking at these throughout the day - the favourite is the lift the flap 'Ten in a Bed'  

Next Week the Nursery Rhyme is 'Round and Round the Garden' which is a lovely one to sing at home.
