Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

This week the children have enjoyed spending time in the front garden, making daisy chains and exploring the willow. In The Hive Garden they attempted to make potions using paint and natural objects – this was really enjoyable. Foody Friday was a day early this week and the children enjoyed making some fruit kebabs, cutting up different kinds of melon as well as peaches, apple and bananas.

We have been doing lots of sports based play this week with balls of various sizes and will carry this on next week. Baa Baa Black Sheep has been very popular, next week we will be focussing on ‘Ring a Ring of Roses’ https://www.littlewandlelettersandsounds.org.uk/resources/for-parents/
