Weekly round up
Where are the weeks going?
This week in maths we have been naming and describing 2 & 3D shapes, we have grouped to different criteria's and spotted and continued shape patterns.
We went on our Great Flood of Driffield walk on Wednesday - we compared the photographs of the flood with the streets now. We could see some changes but also recognised that some buildings were still there. We found the plaque commemorating the flood on Cass Hall.
Phonics next week is all about recapping this half terms sounds - so the alternative to igh/oa/ai/ee/oo yoo.
Hopefully you all received the email about the Nativity - the next 3 weeks are going to be quite full on!
