Busy as always!
This week we have had a lot of fun in Seals class.
In our DT lessons we have had a go at making the pasta salad we designed over the last few weeks. We had to chop and grate our ingredients and learned how tinned sweetcorn stays fresh. We were so pleased with our creations and thoroughly enjoyed eating them.
In English we have been writing a recount of our trip to Goathland on the steam train and some of us even had the confidence to read ours aloud to the rest of the class. We have really impressed our teachers with our detailed writing!
Finally, this half term we have been earning marbles as a table for sitting correctly and holding the pencil properly during our handwriting lessons. The winner was drawn today and the winners are.......RED TABLE! We wonder who it will be next half term...?
