World Book Day
What an exciting day we had for World Book Day in Year Two. We held a year group quiz-well done to Robins for winning a set of science books for the classroom!
Our day centered around how to write funny stories by thinking carefully about character, including funny animals, telling jokes and adding a bit of slapstick comedy! We watched a video clip made by the author Jeremy Strong to help us with these ideas!
We are running a competition for all Year Twos to use some of these ideas and write a funny story at home, if they would like to. Prizes to be won!
