Yesterday we made fruit scones.
Our challenge yesterday in cooking crew was to make fruit scones. We carefully weighed out all the dry ingredients. We then used the rubbing in method to mix these up to make them look like breadcrumbs. After this we measured using a jug the milk and added to the mixture. Our last ingredient was the sultanas. We had to be gentle patting the dough to make the scones. The smell was lovely from the oven as we helped to wash and dry the pots.Hope you all enjoyed eating them.
