Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

Tuesday was our last session for our first cooking crew of 2019/2020 .You have all worked hard to create some lovely dishes. This weeks treat was oat biscuits. On Monday we talked a lot about where oats and flour come from at the harvest experience . We carefully weighed the different dry ingredients and then added the syrup and melted butter. We then had to place the finish biscuits and wait for them to cook ,they smelt lovely. We all helped to wash and dry the pots before finishing our bags.All the recipes we have used are on the school website. We hope you have all enjoyed cooking and are cooking and helping at home.
