Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

What a busy half term we have had. The children have worked hard and really enjoyed learning about Superheroes. We have used books to explore the adventures of Traction Man to Supertato’s battles with the Evil Pea.

There have been visits to Elmswell Farm and the Library and yesterday the children had a Stranger Danger and Road Safety talk from two PCSO’s.

Today’s Harvest Festival went very well, it was lovely to see so many people there and thank you to those who joined us for the Welly Walk afterwards.

We hope that you have a lovely holiday. When you are out and about please can you collect some pine cones for a project when we are back. Don’t forget to read and practise your spellings too.
