Ham, mozzarella and pesto tarts!
Mrs Edeson and Mrs Try welcomed the first Cooking Crew of the year this afternoon and we all had a very productive session. Well done, chefs!
We made ham, pesto and mozzarella tarts with a side salad. The children practised their chopping skills as they sliced the ingredients for both the tarts and the side salad. They were all extremely careful and showed lots of perseverance with the ingredients that were tougher to get through such as celery!
The tarts smelled absolutely delicious as they were cooking and we hope you all enjoyed your tasty delights!
