Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

The children had a fantastic explore for seasonal change at the farm. They saw ducklings hiding in the grass, guinea fowl running  in the field! The cows had many calves to show off in the sheds and lots of birds busily nesting in the trees! We even saw a frog hopping towards the beautiful stream. Farmer John told everyone it has been so wet at the farm that cows have had to stay inside longer this year. Luckily for our trip, we had beautiful sunshine. The blossoms were stunning on all the trees. Have an outdoor explore this weekend and look for signs of plants growing and creatures nesting. Have a lovely weekend.
