Welcome back!
It has been lovely to welcome all of the Kingfishers back after the Easter break, ready for the summer term ahead.
This week, in English, we have started to read ‘The Tiger Child’ by Joanna Troughton. This is an Indian folk tale. Linked to the story, as geographers we will be exploring different climates around the world and food that comes from different countries. In DT, we will use this knowledge to taste, design and create pasta sauces. As scientists, we will develop our understanding of the conditions that plants require in order to grow healthily. What a busy and exciting half-term ahead!
