Weekly round up
Where does the week go?
In maths we have been learning about length and height, first using non standard measures like cubes and then moving on to cm. Next week it is all about mass and measuring using balance scales.
We have continued to learn about different classifications of animals and this week it was the turn of the amphibians (Mrs.Jackson had to be very brave) - did you know there is a legless amphibian, but not in this country........ phew!
We have been colour mixing ready for when we paint our own seascape in the style of Van Gogh.
Mrs.J is looking forward to seeing lots of parents next week - thank you for making your appointment. The slips WILL be in book backs today (Friday 8th).
