Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

Another busy week in the Starfish class! We have been learning about how numbers are split into different parts to make a whole number ie 3+7 = 10, 6+4=10. 

We have completed our computing section on Technology Around Us, where we have learned to log onto the Chrome Books and use Paintz.app to draw a picture and add text. 

In geography we are starting to look at maps and aerial views - we have used Google Earth to zip around the planet and view the pyramids, the Eiffel Tower and Buckingham Palace from above, we even tried to find our homes.
