A lunch for for a Lighthouse Keeper!
This week the Dolphins are in the design stages of creating their delicious addition to the Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch! They are preparing to make a pasta salad. Step one has been to taste test ready-made pasta salads-bbq chicken, tomato and basil and tuna and sweetcorn. They needed to evaluate the texture, appearance, smell and taste. They will use their findings to decide upon their ingredients for their own pasta salad and consider their recipe, equipment and method. Next week, they are looking forward to making and devouring it!
