The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch
This week the Dolphins have started to read ‘The Lighthouse Keeper’s Lunch’ by Ronda and David Armitage. They have been using their skills as good readers to answer questions about the text and make inferences based on what the characters say and do. Next week, they will begin to write diary entries, pretending they are the lighthouse keeper and, in DT, they will become chefs, rustling up a tasty dish for his much coveted lunch. Yum!
