Last week the children had a fantastic time learning to perform the Seaside Poem by Shirley Hughes. We discussed how to perform including using our voices in different ways, facial expressions and adding actions to our performance of the poem. The children worked really hard to learn the poem off by heart. We worked on it all week and then had chance to perform for the Badger Class in Foundation. We were really lucky as they performed The Crab poem for us too. Why not ask your child to perform the poem for you!
