D (Dolphin) Hockney!
This half-tem we have studied Hockney’s landscape art. Our work included; discussing our likes and dislikes, identifying local areas portrayed in his work, comparing his landscapes to Constable’s, developing our colour mixing skills, brush work skills and line drawing skills. To conclude our learning, all Dolphins have created a line drawing of Riverhead and painted it in the vibrant colours Hockney was famous for. Well-done, Dolphin-Hockneys!
