Driffield Church Of England Voluntary Controlled Infant School

As we embark on the final day of term and the final day that the Kingfishers (and our friends the ‘Dolfishers’) will spend the day in the Kingfisher Classroom, at Driffield C of E Infant School, Miss Brough and I wanted to say thank you for a super year. Finally, a whole school year spent in school! We have packed so much in; trips to Elmswell, Bushcraft and Beverley; exciting courses such as Mini Medics and The Leaders’ Award; a super performance of ‘The Litter Muncher’ and an abundance of new learning too! We are so proud of how the Kingfishers and Dolfishers have grown this year and tackled everything that has come their way with enthusiasm and oodles of energy. We have loved every moment of getting to know their individual personalities and see them let their lights shine, in so many different ways. We are very sad to see them go but know that they are ready for new adventures and challenges at Juniors. We wish them all the very best of luck. A huge thank you also goes to all Kingfisher and Dolfisher families for your support this year. We have loved working with you. Wishing all our families a wonderful summer ahead.
