Today the Kingfishers created a snowy Arctic scene from flour, water and rocks (apologies for the floury jumpers that came home!). They had to investigate whether wheels or lollipop skis could move more easily around their landscape. This helped everyone to understand why Inuits move around mostly on snow mobiles and sleds. Everyone is looking forward to designing their own snow mobile next!
