Chocolate chip and marshmallow cookies
The super squishy and delicious bake at Cooking Crew this week was chocolate chip and marshmallow cookies. The children used the creaming method , with plenty of elbow grease, to combine their butter and sugar. They then gently combined the flour and eggs, along with a splash of the secret ingredient; vanilla essence, before adding their favourites; the chocolate chips and marshmallows. It was very tempting, but they did really well not to nibble any of the tasty treats along the way; true professionals!
