Pizza and homemade coleslaw.
Today challenge was to make their own pizzas selecting the toppings of choice. We had a selection of items including different meats, cheese and peppers. They chopped their own items and arranged them on top of the pizza. Whilst these were cooking they prepared coleslaw, we talked about the items that make up coleslaw. We looked at the two different coloured cabbages that we had bought. We needed to be very careful when using the grater not to grate our fingers. We all managed this. We added the mayonnaise before mixing together. We hope you enjoyed a piece?
