Bright hearts
In our Heartsmart session this week, we considered what we wanted our hearts to be filled with that we could radiate out to others. We thought about joy, love, perseverance, respect and many other attributes. We drew a heart and chose a colour to represent each value. We watched as the colour spread through water, imagining this was us spreading joy, love and respsect to others.
