Our first week
The Puffins have been very busy this week settling back into a new routine. Each day we have been challenging ourselves with different kinds of learning. In maths it was all about numbers, practising counting forwards and backwards, as well as finding one more and one less. In writing we explored the story of Poppy the Puffin. This then led into some fantastic writing about her next adventures. Our afternoons have been spent learning about puffins and completing some arty tasks. The children have worked very hard and it has been a lovely first week.
