Practise different ways of making 10. For example 8+2=10
Use small objects to play with to make these different number bonds.
Play counting games.Counting anything you see when outside or in the home! We are starting with 0-10 then 10-20. Count by touch so the counting is accurate.
Colour Monster Theme- Talk about feelings. Blue is sad, red is angry, green is calm, yellow is happy and black is fear and worries. How do you feel today?

Practise listening to sounds outside For example cars, birds, wind in the trees, crunchy leaves on the ground and under foot!
Read the story books that are sent home and share with your children (please sign when you have heard your child read)
Play counting games. Counting anything you see when outside or in the home! We are starting with 0-10 and really understanding what components make up each number.
Enjoy an Autumn walk, what can you find. Find out about the fruit and vegetables that farmers are harvesting at this time of year.

Practise the "air" sound. Can you read and write hair, pair, chair.
Practise the "ure" sound. Can you read and write cure, pure, sure.
Have a go on this game and see how fast you can find the numbers on the 100 square.
Count in 10s to 100 and back again.
Count in 2's to 20, 5's to 30
Use ictgames.com "save the whale" to practise number bonds to 10.
