Superstars at the Young Leaders Presentation
We were so proud of our 5 Young Leaders this morning. We took them to Bishopthorpe Palace, the home of the Archbishop of York to make a presentation to teachers and Headteachers from schools across the County about the KS1 Young Leaders Award. They were fabulous and really demonstrated how beneficial the scheme was. They had a tour round the Palace, met the Archbishop himself and then spoke clearly and confidently to a hall full of adults about our action project supporting the Foodbank this Christmas. Lauren and Amelie did a fab job of leading the singing when we sang the leadership song with the other 3 schools that were there. Well done to them all!
