Sewerby Zoo Visit
This has been a thrilling experience for the children. They got to meet their adopted monkey. She is called 'Joey' and is 31 years old. Her son 'Zach' also lives in the enclosure and is 23 years old. The keepers John and Melissa told the children lots of facts about these Capuchin monkeys. Ask your child what they can remember. We also met other South American animals that share the jungle in the wild with Capuchins. A real suprise was meeting a Raccoon Dog and her gorgeous, fluffy puppies. We played monkey games and enjoyed our picnic and the play park. Thank you for supporting the Monkey theme and Sewerby Zoo
