Cooking Crew

Today was our last session for this group of cooking crew. We have made Oat Biscuits.

Firstly we weighed all the dry ingredients before we had to melt the syrup and the butter carefully on the hob. We were shown how to hold the pan correctly so that we are safe. We mixed together the dry and the wet ingredients to create the finished mixture. We had to then roll the mixture into a ball before placing on a tray. It was very hard not to lick our fingers! We then washed and dried the pots.
